Scan the QR Code shown on the screen or click this link: https://forms.gle/k4d6igK2PCGQZ2DH9 and accomplish the pre-registration form wherein you will be required to upload a soft copy of your FORMAL 2x2 picture in white background to be used as part of the class directory and certificate of completion.

2. Once done, the Google form will automatically provide you with the Zoom registration link for the 2-day training session.
